Getting your Iphone to work with Exchange Active Sync

 1. To add an Exchange account to your iPhone, tap Settings, then Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then Add Account, then Microsoft Exchange. Note, you can configure only one Exchange account per device..


 




























 2. On the next screen, enter your complete email address, domain, username, password, and a description. Ask your Exchange server administrator if you are unsure of the domain. If you are unable to view your folder list, or unable to send or receive email, leave the domain field blank


Enter your Exchange account information:
The settings should look something like the screen shots,
but substitute your username for exchuser:

Email: Enter your complete @krohne-oilandgas.com.my email
address
Domain: Enter kmy
Username: Enter your email account name, WITHOUT the @krohne-oilandgas.com.my
Password: Enter your email account password
Description: your choice… perhaps krohne mail Select “Next”

It will then verify you Exchange account information
and then prompt you to enter the Server.
Server: enter owa.krohne-oilandgas.com.my
Select “Next”




Select information that you wish to synchronize using Exchange by toggling on or off.
WARNING: Turning Exchange Contacts or Calendars ON will overwrite any existing Contacts or
Calendars from your iPhone.






















Tap “Save”
Then Press the Home button and then go to the Mail app and test the account by sending yourself a message and verifying that you can receive it.
